One of the landmarks in Phoenix, Tovrea Castle is a recently restored historical landmark. Originally intended to be part of a resort hotel, it was purchased by the Tovrea family in the 1940s. This morning as I was making coffee the Missus called “Lighting Alert!” I dragged the camera outside and grabbed a couple of quick shots. It’s a good idea to have a camera sitting around on a tripod ready to go – the light only lasted a couple minutes.
